What are their prices?

I am looking for a cavitation specialist. There is none where I live (Alabama), so I look anywhere in North America, since I'll have to travel anyway.
The idea of treating cavitation under the tooth where root canal has been done, without extracting the tooth, is appealing; I wonder, however, if the treatment lasts, i.e. whether infection cames back. According to Dr. Shankland it gets reinfected in about 30% cases even after a proper surgical treatment.
