I sent out my sample yesterday. THe lady i'm working with is a student who's working with Dr Wilson. She explained how it's all gonna go down. The good side of this is that i don't pay for consultations because she's learning, the bad is obviously that she is new but she will be having contact with

Dr Wilson and he will check her work, reports, and any question that's out of her league she will send out to him.

I'm now reading on this slow oxidizer diet and am trying to learn the best way to cook these veggies. I'm going grocery shopping today.

Also, i took like 1/5th of something called GB3 today. Thankfully i had no reaction so tomorrow i will take 2/5 or a half.

I'm drinking Ozarka for now until i find some other water that could be better.

I'm slowly leaving Sugar ... I WILL MISS YOU BABY :( ... i still eat a gluten free waffle in the morning with a little honey (i know this is against the diet but it's my last week and i promise i will stop, just want to finish the box of 6) i add a little raw honey and thats it, that's all the Sugar i eat in the day, no more fruits i stopped those
