Paraboy,

What counts here is your actual body temperature with a good digital thermometer left under the tongue for several minutes to be sure of an accurate reading. Put the thermometer under the tongue for a few minutes before pressing the button. (Digital thermometers typically ding before max temp is reached and display a temp that is 1/2 degree too low) Get the average of 3 different readings. If your thyroid is functioning properly, it should be 98.6 degrees. So what is your actual body temp?

With all the SSKI that you are taking if your body temp is still below 98.6 then you are [Gulp] Hypothyroid, and most likely have a damaged thyroid. You need to take "Natural Dessicated Thyroid Hormone" [NTH] to boost your metabolism.

Damage to the thyroid can occur from many years or decades of being Iodine deficient.

Once you are on NTH, your damaged thyroid may slowly recover & you will need to reduce the NTH dosage to keep your body temp at 98.6 degrees.

Also this: You are not taking the required ATP Cofactors. (B2 & B3 in the correct ratio) As a result, the Iodine you are taking may not be entering your cells. ATP Cofactors is required to activate the Iodide Symporter otherwise you are simply sending all of that Iodine into your urine.
See also the chapter, “Iodine - Absorption Problems-Iodide Symporter Problems” located in Recommended Reading in the Iodine References.

You are also not taking the required 1/2 tsp of Natural Salt, your body cannot properly rid itself of Bromine lodged in the thyroid & around the body.

I suggest taking all the required co-supplements. You may need to take the higher dosages to improve the Iodide symporter function.
