It took me a year to reach a body temp of 37 C. Stabilized within the 2 and 3 year of iodine. Now I am rarely cold, it happens now and again.
You may try some gold leaf supplementation. When I did this summer I became to hot, had to reduce Iodine as it was uncomfortable, people even complaining about my hands was burning.
Will have another go on gold soon, just to confirm (or not ) this effect.
