I did 100 mg of Lugol's 5% for a month.

Then, I did 50 mg for 2 months and now, I have been doing 100 mg 2-3 times per day for 2 weeks.

It is 58 degrees and I am still cold, why?

note: I don't eat gmo and I'm lowcarb. I take C, Selenium, Mag, D, and borax.

I should be warm as a polar bear by now.
