Hello all,

I am really stuck. I just cannot get rid of heart palpitations and mental agitation that is causing insomnia. No dosage of calcium/magnesium makes a dent. My NB retest shows improvement although still generally low Calc/Mag while high potassium and normal sodium. Copper toxicity looks improved. I have hesitated on starting the new protocal because it wants me to add limcomin and SBF which both contain copper... but I digress...

How can I get rid of these palpitations and sedate myself enough to sleep? Melatonin and GABA providing very minor relief. Thanks
