Thanks. The only other thing I can think of is in Theresa Vernon's article on Copper Toxicity. She mentions ( also with Dr. Wilson of ARL ) that with severe adrenal problems, often surcomes to mineral imbalances, including the bio unavailable use of copper and build up in the brain, liver and tissues. With this in the brain, it makes the HPA axis super sensitive and more anxious, more stimulating. So, if this be the case, I wonder if thisis why now, at the slightest stress, even a slight drop in blood sugar, the HPA is somewhat stuck in hyperdrive, and signals the adrenals for release of cortisol and adrenaline, causing anxiety. Also, Theresa mentions often this is the case with copper and very high calcium levels in hair tissue anylisis. The Calcium break she called it. And, says that one can have low blood sugar symptoms even when the reading are in normal ranges. Very interesting, and so contrary to the status conventional logic of what one would say. . . think. Anyways, last year, when I went to the chiropractor ( my husband took me, it was about 4:30 and all the low blood sugar attack symptoms were coming in quickly ( as I am well familir with.. . shakey, weak kneed, nausious. My husband went out and brought back a hamburger and soda or milk ... can't remember... while he was getting this, I had my glucose monitor with me ( we were 100+ miles from home on a special trip and stopped at the chiropractor's) Iwent into the bathroom and checked my glucose and it read 91. . . which is perfectly normal, yet I had a low bloodsugar attach. This was so strange. When my husband got back with the food, I found it very hard to eat, as usualy but, about 20-30 minutes after eating, I very slowly started feeling better and more so that evening at the motel. This is so weird. Paulette
