That is encouraging news! I am very familiar with Vit. D, as I use it and give to my children at first sign of cold, flu, etc along with Vit C and with great success! I use high doses of 5,000 and even 10,000 IU a day for a short time for this.

However, never thought much about herpes with this. How much have you been taking per day that has helped you?

ANd if you do not mind..are you male, or female and aprox weight..or does weight not matter much with this vitamin?
