This is what I figured out you can have a sinus infection and little to no symptoms at all. I had been sick for one year chills, fever and abdomen pressure and weight loss for one year it wore me down while dr worked trying to figure it out...meanwhile my inner ears began to itch and seemed sensitive ...then came dizziness lightheadness, shortness of breath I ran to ENT well the dr did not want to do a nasal smear since they all come back normal well I insisted well guess what ECOLI I was tired and not getting well I went to top notch chinese medicine professor/ND he have me an amazing formula it has been curing me it took some time, because I had some complications from being so sick for so long. Anyhow , I hate Antibiotics that medical doctor prescribe. Another thing that may help is Neti pot helps but you need to boil the water for 3-4 minutes and let it cool then put it your neti pot add Argentyne 23 silver or Sea Salt it all depends on what is growing your sinuses on what you should use, or just use steam in 2 to 3 times a day ABSOLUTELY INSIST they do a culture
