Wow you really wrote a lot. I apologize, dont take some of my posts very seriously lol My point its, I see you systematically chasing Anthony and that looks like a loss of time man. I am with you in the bile flow thing, but see, I restored my bile flow with coffee enemas (I think so, stools now are always of a good brown colour) and that wasnt the panacea for me. But what really made me start gaining weight was adding back good carbohydrates in big quantities in my daily diet, this is very important for me, I was dying in the paleo diet.

Take the good part from all this controversy. The good part its realising that a meat and veggies diet its deadly if you are on it for too long. Certain "anti-candida diets" are completely starving and are counterproductive in the long and short term.

And dont lose time quarreling with some guy about his opinions on diet etc, I mean will that help you overcome your problems? Just my view.
