I agree with what you're saying about eating "post correction". I can pretty much eat what I want now. In fact I have to be able to eat fat and protein because I now run marathons. If I don't have adequate fat in my diet, I can't run beyond 20 minutes, and without protein, I start burning my own muscle fiber and sweat ammonia.

Without re-establishing bile flow, I was not able to adequately digest and absorb fats or certain proteins, which is what bile is intended to do. Now I can get the nutrients that I need for fuel.
