Sounds like a good read. I'll have to check that out.
I"m sure that is a good part of mine and many problems.
But, also not just the neurological. I've over exhurted my self "physically" over the years too and that has put a big sress on my adrenals and endrocrine, with over exercising, mountain climbing, snow skiing, adventurist-enthusiaest. So in this respect, it has not impacted my emotional HPA, but I'm sure indirectly, the HPA is affected, as it calls for reserves of so many hormones and nutrients, that my poor little body could not handle, like most people could.
