I also changed all of my personal care products. Coconut oil on skin and lips, Dr. Bronner's Castile Soap, Kiss my Face soaps, all different types of shampoos. Tom's deodorant etc.

My alternative doc advised that if I wasn't prepared to eat it then I shouldn't put it on my skin.

The olive oil kiss my face soap can even be used as a tooth soap. I used this for a long time. Works very well.
