This is a note for all who suffer or think they suffer with low sodium issues. juicing can cause issues for you. Atleast in my experience it did. It contains high potassium and potassium pushes more of the sodium out of the cells. I tried it a few weeks ago, and I got dizzy, head felt really weird and it did cause my sodium to go low. I do believe what Natway says about toxic hunger. And the juicing helped her. I just want to warn those with low sodium issues.

I am really hoping in my near future I will be able to tolerate it...love juicing.
