Yes, almost religiously for the past six months and on and off for most of the past year.

I eat lean meats and veggies for every meal breakfast included. Lots of olive oil in dishes. I don't really think much of fats (though I take Omega 3s in abundance and sometimes O6&9 in flaxseed). What do you recommend?
