Probably both. But I dont feel well on fats. I think I do have some fatty liver as sardines or olive oil makes me have acid reflux and I have toxic hunger right now, crazy food cravings that dont go with eating! Especially I crave sweets and fruits. I dont know, maybe I do have candida. So many variables. I should simply stick with the NB protocol.

I have just took two teaspoons of manuka honey. Shit, does this super expensive honey tastes good. I know its not strictly a NB food but we had this in the kitchen and I have to take care of it since we bought it for me.
