I've no idea how it's possible but I feel ten times better on a high carb diet. I was low carb for over a year lying to myself I was going through die off and since going high carb I'd never go back. Low fat , high carb , moderate protein is what works best for me.

I'm just waiting on a stool sample , intestinal biopsy and liver scan to see if I can really pin point something to target and hopefully heal myself.
