Do a search on "your own perfect medicine", and if that does not feel do-able, you might try jojoba oil. Many people find the coconut oil first makes skin scaly, before it softens. I
did, when I began using it on my face. Actually, nothing is as amazing as YOPM. It's sometimes known as Shivambu Gita.
