The paleo style is worthless if you are taking in an unhealthy amount of fat or sugar. This girl was raving about it at a work lunch and she was all over the place and annoying everyone at the table with her boisterous voice. She was overweight.

I would say forget about nuts and oils for a month or 2 except for the littlest oil on a salad or small servings of red meat when you undo some of the liver damage. Right now i imagine it is hard to absorb proteins. Replace all those fat calories with carbs.

Is the narcassistic a-hole me? Whatever it takes man. If making fun of me or anyone on here gets you in the right direction then fine.
Elevated liver enzymes..mental illness..drinking of butter..hyopthyroid=fatty liver. One size doesn't fit all in health, but there are laws of nature. You rubbed those serious symptoms in our faces like we don't already know you have all of these problems and are somehow wrong. We KNOW you have elevated liver enzymes based on your diet and resulting mental volatility.
