Oh, it's done? Congratulations! Seriously. You probably won't notice anything for awhile but you will probably see the brain fog lift (I'm not suggesting you have any, but I did) and if you have thinning hair you may see it fall out less. You know it's the first thing on the list of protocols, so good for you.
