Hey Anthony,

I was actually diagnosed with NAFLD and gastroparesis this past spring and I went on a strictly organic low fat, mostly raw diet and lost 50 pounds and my liver had improved but my foggy brain occurred a month ago, I was still on my regular low fat diet but I did slip up and smoked a hookah two nights in a row with my friends and the brain fog started the very next day and hasn't let up since, but has only gotten worse.
