Hello all,

how can be one sure that the main problem is liver congestion or adrenal fatigue when the symptoms are so similar?

For example liver congestion and Adrenal fatigue share these symptoms together:

Fatigue
Dizziness
Insomnia
Visual problems
Low back pain
Muscle weakness
Ear problems
Nausea
Emotional/mental problems
Mineral imbalance
Obesity/Underweight
Heart Palpilations
Bad blood circulation

Is there any key indicator which would determine liver congestion or adrenal fatigue?
I know saliva test could be used for adrenals, but it is also not 100% valid.
Blood pressure change during quick standing up can also determine little bit adrenal fatigue.

How can I be sure that I should concentrate on liver or Adrenals?
