Read carefully. The more fat. The more f&($ed up the symptoms..and I'm a narcissistic a$$hole for pointing it out and shooting down arguments that "everyones bodys different". Those that want to get better will.

Everyone else would rather stick to their insane notions on carb cutting and oil drinking to combat the "yeast infection" that robs them of being fit and having a decent life. Use common sense. looking at carbs at poison is one high fat disaster plan and this guy demonstrates taking it to the extreme. Directly taking in fats..despite lowfat being a treatment for many chronic problems including crohns and colitis...a disease that a real doctor will diagnose, unlike CANDIDA
