Hey Paulette,

I've found that secondary inflammation related to my Lyme & AF has caused me a LOT of neurological symptoms similar to yours. Two things that have helped both are Triphala & Vitamin D (just be sure to take enough magnesium to ensure that the D doesn't give you the jitters). Once the Mg & vit. D are balanced, I've found it to be INVALUABLE in helping many of my issues. The triphala is good for me because I have constipation issues & overall GI problems...in addition to helping w/these it is also know to be a calming influence on the body w/out making me feel drugged.
