next is to have her do a liver flush...and convince her not to cook any food for the family (me, my daughter and my father) for at least 1 weekend per month)..probably a good time to convince my father to subsist on uncooked food for at least 1 weekend..for my daughter.. i will make her some of the veggie sushi she loves so much (jimaca, orange and nori strips)
