I read about your diet (which I'm sure you know needs some work) but just realized that I have no idea what supplements you take, how much water and how muc sleep you're getting, also if you're able to go out in the sun fairly often.  I think it would help those of us who don't really know what you've been doign so we don't repeat anything. 

P.S.  You don't have to worry about the IUD, that means Intrauterine Device, a form of female birth control.
