Hello Ricky. Thanks. I have tried GABA, passion flower, inositiol, niacinamide and many others,mostly in a mutl-formula, but I have been taking these for 4 years intermitantly too and I believe I have built up a tolerance to the consistant use of these. If I weren't maybe in such a severe stage of AF, my clearance and toxic levels would be better to handle these.
At any rate, I have been tapering even off the natural anti anxiety suppl. for the past 3 months.
