Wow, I had no idea they charged so much!  Isn't there another place that does the same type of hair analysis?  From what I read in Dr. Wilson's site the initial one usually has to be repeated, and at that rate I myself wouldn't do it.  Since the NB diet is clearly outlined on the site I've followed the guidelines adapting them to my own needs (by experience), and I take the supplements indicated to correct copper excess from other sources, but what I feel is more important is to address liver function as it is really the organ largely responsible for how we feel, so I was taking 2 different supplements for that and I'm about to reorder.  Castor oil packs are also good for the liver, now that the weather is beginning to cool off where I lvie I will resume them.

Anatomydoll, have you tried addressing your AF from more than the physical aspect?  Like emotional, espiritual, etc.?  Maybe doing healing affirmations could help you, I like all kinds of different affirmations because they keep me focused on the positive and I think that's vital for healing.  Also, just recently I was reading again about someone who wrote a book about he cured himself from an "incurable" disease with laughter, but because he didn't change the mental patterns that originated the disease in the first place he developed another disease, but then cured himself with laughter a 2nd time, I think that's worth a thought...

And going back to the physical, are you off wheat/gluten by any chance?
