Wouldnt the massive food bits be because of lack of bile to properly digest the food? And so LGS..couldnt that be because particles move through undigested and sharp basically..you guessed it, from lack of bile. That's how Andreas Moritz explained leaky gut and candida. solely from lack of bile. I part ways with him on how to get bile back though...For me it's diet and hitting the bike..and for him its olive oil flushes..i tried 3 and it was gross and if anything slowed down my cleanse.
