MH,
am battling tonsilitis for 3 days now with as much fruit I can possibly swallow (blended into a watery smoothie)

yesterday
- 1/3 watermelon blended
-1/2 cup cooked noodles and spinach (my mother forced me)
- smoothie -3 bananas/1 apple, 1 inch bitter goud, 1 celery stalk
- 1/2 cup cooked noodles again
- drank 2 lites of distilled water (have to force myself)

took panadol twice to relieve pains, headache and fever
also went to see a herbalist that I need to mix in a cup of warm water and drink 3x a day after meals, to take for 7 days

funny that the herbalist wont tell me what herbs she mixed for me

last night
made a garlic poultice and apply it to my throat/neck and put a hot water bottle on top of it (dont know if it did any good)


today
am again drinking my 1/3 watermelon breakfast

glad no fever now (last time I took fever medicine is 13 hours ago), but the tonsils still quite painful


too bad i dont have access to your herbs :(
