I'm feeling that spaciness right now...not too much fun. Bless your heart Paulette, i sure do wish you the absolute best. I wish i could offer you more insight but right now i'm the one needing the insight because i'm a bit lost and really not heading to any direction with my diet.

The only thing i follow is a gluten free diet and the 2 meds i take with some supps that really do nothing but prevent
