If you're actually causing die-off and you feel it's too unbearable, kill them off more slowly and you should logically have less symptoms.

Seems like you're taking way to much GHEE though. I can only recommend you seek an experienced candida doctor if you're experiencing such severe reactions.

From what I know now about diet, it looks like you're still eating too much animal protein and fat (mainly the GHEE). Everything else you're eating looks fine, although be sure to rotate your greens everyday or couple of days.
