Thanks for the concern. I think I will try flushes at least every week this week just to see how I feel.From monitoring the manifestation of my symptoms, I came to the conclusion the toxins from a clogged liver is harming my body if not more than the possible ramifications from frequent flushes. If I feel that I've detrimented my health, I'll simply stop. I've been on a pretty healthy Diet for the last six months so I'm not that worried about the possible mineral/vitamin depletion because of frequent flushes.
