Personally, taking coconut oil, eating garlic and taking Grapefruit-Seed-Extract made me sick. It was not the way for me to go. I needed a gentler route.

Interestingly enough, I used to see a lot of what is described as fungal colonies before I aided my digestion.
I don't see anything mucousy, or anything that looks like Candida anymore. Just a nice firm log. I used to see all kinds of scary stuff. Ropes of green stuff, (wth??) ropes of white stuff and literally clouds of Candida.
Why has it stopped?
Because I starved the F.ckers. That's all. I didn't go at it with a battering ram.
Explain that to me.
