I think you're partially responding to 158262's nonsense post.

As for me, yes, my hypoglycemic-like symptoms went away during my juice fast I did first and haven't returned after switching to 80-10-10. I consider a veggie juice fast as being high carb too.

I think my symptoms would have improved by just switching to an 80-10-10 diet, but there's no amount of money you can pay me to go back to feeling the way I used to feel and trying it!!!

Don't be confused that "high carb" means only the type where your diet is comprised of mostly grains and potatoes. Chimpanzees eat high carb with that being 80% fruit and greens. There's different types of 80-10-10 diets. One's more based on grains (like the Pyramid, McDougal and Macrobiotic) and one's more based on like a Chimpanzee's diet (like what Dr. Doug Graham advocates)
