No one can cure Candida.
Control overgrowth, yes. I did it within 5 months.
How? No sugar, no wheat, no dairy, no white potatoes, no rice.
I ate salmon, chicken tons of STEAMED veggies (raw isn't for most especially those who are not digesting their food well anyway)and I have gained 10 lbs.

I don't claim to be someone I am not...like yourself.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion. Some are more correct than others.

If your aim is to help others then drop your arrogant tone; it doesn't serve you, clearly.
