Not flip flopping. Salmon and avocadoes are part of a diet...after a serious elimination of fat for a period of time..weeks, months? It depends how long the person was carb cutting for on an individual basis. I put on my blog that the end result is a repaired liver and freedom after a few months to eat burgers and crap that you want..knowing the limit. Whether the burger is weekly or every other day. who cares? This is something to worry about when brain fog and lesions are gone for good.

But at first, especially when oil drinking was going on. Fat needs to be avoided almost entirely.
