Do the opposite of this guy and his butter drinking. A high carb diet is the opposite...there fat is just that teaspoon of olive oil on a salad or the egg sized amount of salmon. Curing candida involves eating what you need and not what you want.

Keep the personal attacks coming. I need material to make my friend in the US laugh who has the coworkers eating peanut butter out of the jar and pizza with constant yeast infections, fatigue, and depression. Those of you claiming that everyones body is different are ignorant of how poor food choices, whether part of a cleanse or gluttony can lead to the same result.
