Yes it IS horrible. During my first die off experience I was sure I wouldn't survive thru the night. Psychologically it was a very dark treacherous time. Let the beasts die and remind yourself it is not you who is dying. Your transformation is on the other side of the darkness/death. Soothe yourself in loving, healing ways & realize your own courage & strength. Hang in there!!
