Our genetics have only changed about 0.1% in the last 40,000 years since agriculture was introduced. Primitive man ate about 60% to 80% fat in his diet and lots and lots of animal meats. We are designed to eat lots of fat. FAT is not the problem. That is provided that the source of the FAT is from healthy animals. Eliminating fat is dumb, counter to how the body works, and causes many problems"
