Did you have sleep issues?

There is a warning on Tanalbit's web site:

"Tanalbit® may cause anxiety or sleeplessness"

The last thing I need is more anxiety or further insomnia pressure. This can only stress the adrenals/thyroid further if those systems are an underlying issue.
