It takes a long time b4 iodine will saturate the tissues to the point of healing infections, unless u r taking super gram doses.

I believe my tooth abscessed was triggered due to the iodine displacing heavy metals and maybe too many at one time for my body to handle at this stage.

I agree with the silica and it also, chelates out aluminum.
