Hi, I'm having what seems to be delusional hyponatremia between 6 and 8 every night and it's getting scary (very weak, disturbing thoughts, decreased consiousness, nausea and headache). Also I'm peeing a ton throughout the day, so I started trying sea salt water today, not sure if it's helping yet. It's weird though, the adrenal fatigue has been better the past few days, and from 8-5 today I had a good amount of energy and was able to have a productive positive day. I just totally crashed around 6 and got the hyponatremia symptoms. I'm taking B-5, ashwaganda, and acetyl-l-cartenine with ala in the morning, vitamin c throughout the day, and yucca  mid day. I'm just wondering what I could do different or better until I see a naturopath early next month and hopefully figure some things out. If anyone has any ideas I'd be interested to hear them, hyponatremia can be life threatening... sooo yeah I don't want to mess around with it.
