I am aware of the selenium, and i do take that and the Iodine, and vitamin C, and cal. I haven't been doing the many salt flushes, but i haven't really had any detox symptoms, some hot flashes.

as soon as i get the supplements i have ordered i will start to do the protocol strictly, and with the salt flushes, and thanks again for reminding me about it
