I agree with this. I like potatoes over yams because of the Sugar issue..but yeah with their explanation of yin..sugar..and fat this is the right idea and what it took for me to get better. Im eating beef now and am buff like 3 years ago. Its awesome. Of course not 3x a day and huge portions when i was withering away on the candida plan but its sweet to sit down and have a meal with people and not feel like crap and have rashes all over.
