uhmm by the way, my bowel movement had been less constipated lately (i know that this is not the only symptom of constipation as you have pointed out earlier),, ever since I have improved my diet.. my bowel movement is getting better and better

with fruits and rebounding on the trampoline and the hip baths, I can now go once a day (versus once in 3 days-- a few months back)..

i will promise myself to maintain this diet and also to get less exposure from toxins as much as I can
