I'm definitely feeling weaker this time around. Exhausted. And I'm only on day 4. My heart beats faster and I'm out of breath faster.

When it comes to health, I'm probably the healthiest Ive ever been - and took the most care when starting this fast.

Any ideas why?

Could age be a factor? Not that I care - just baffled by this...
