I just ordered this test too, knowing that they are not known for being super reliable. Please keep CZ appraised on your progress if it is helpful or accurate?

I plan on eliminating all the foods for a few weeks that show up to let my system clear out all the inflammation from them, and then introduce them 1 at a time back in week by week to look for a reaction. I hope that this works for me.
