If you're doing the Colonix I wouldn't worry about enemas. Just follow the directions and concentrate on drinking LOTS of water. The Colon Cleanse will remove LOTS of accumulated toxins in your colon including heavy metals.

It will clear a path for removal of your heavy metal cleanse later too. But don't try to do it all at once. It will both make things more difficult with Herx reactions and also not be as effective.

The Colon Cleanse is huge because the say 80% of your immune system is located in your lower intestines. Clearing the gunk out of there is your first step. You won't believe how you'll feel afterwards if you do it right!
