Thanks. Yea I'm taking probiotics. I have honestly been thinking that chelating would bring the most relief if metals are a problem. I know I need the rest but if I could get my symptoms down it would be amazing. I haven't beenable to work in years. Do you think I could chelate with the other cleanses? I'm sure I would chelate again later also.

What would you recommend for chelation? Thanks
